I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main sights and close to public transportation. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even when there was a breakfast mishap. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I felt well taken care of during my time here. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and exceptional service.

Nice english speaking staff, large room, excellent bathroom, good beds, cleaned every day.
Nothing really. If anything, it wasn't exactly right next to the metro, but just a few minutes walk.

The friendliness of the hotel people is very good. Hotel's location is good.
To reach elevator and reception area, is too high for going up with luggage and there is no any info.If the hotel could provide these two things for the client, it must be great:1. Hotel map with street's name with related to the main train staion, in pdf file. 2. Information of the hotel

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the Czech Republic. The front desk staff at Balbin were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and within walking distance to the old town. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and our room was not only comfortable but also beautifully furnished. The highlight of our stay was the impeccable service, from check-in to breakfast. We would gladly return to this hidden gem.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly. (Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.)
No room service, which might not be a problem for a short stay. (Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, was bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt zu verschmerzen ist.)

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which was walking distance to major tourist sites and close to the railway station while being tucked away in a quiet street. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom impressed us, and the hotel facilities provided were top-notch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice and information. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling, making for a great start to our day.
Nothing at all.

Very well located, close to the train station and you can go everywhere by foot from the hotel. Quiet place, free wifi. Staff very helpful and friendly, even brought me a pot of hot water and cups when I invited friends to have tea in my room !
If I really have to say something, maybe breakfast could be improved, have some proper juice for example.

The location is fantastic, as it is close to the main tourist sights and within easy reach of the airport and train station. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the lovely triple bedroom with a window in the roof, are perfect for a comfortable stay. The breakfast included is a bonus and adds to the overall satisfaction of the experience.
All was more than okay during my stay at this hotel.

This hotel was cheapest among those, which were close to Main station and center (we spent some days in Germany), at least among those which had vacancies three weeks before our holidays :) At the same time it was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was not worse than we could expect :) (only "juice" wasn't always bearable).
Elevator is tiny and not easy to use when there's two of you and a suitcase (it has inner door of two folds, that opens inwards) and it's hard to avoid using it, beacause the hotel itself is on the 4th floor.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in a hotel located in a quiet residential street, which was a pleasant surprise as we were not expecting such peaceful surroundings. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and had a modern appeal. We appreciated having skylights in the room, allowing us to see the stars at night. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety and plenty of food to fuel us for our adventures of the day.
Although the elevator was available, we opted to take the stairs to the top floor as the elevator was quite small and bumpy, which was not convenient for carrying luggage. Additionally, the hotel was a bit difficult to locate, but once we found the correct routes we had no issues. our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and we would return for another romantic getaway without hesitation.
